LIS HADDAD (1981) é artista visual, designer e educadora e pesquisa as dinâmicas e tensões entre materialidade e o intangível na formação de territórios e os conceitos de paisagens domésticas versus paisagens indomesticáveis, sejam literais ou metafóricas. Vetores de "entre" presentes em deslocamentos, como tempo ou a contração e expansão de espaços , frequentemente ocupam o centro das obras.
Entre projetos recentes destacam-se: pesquisadora palestrante para Conferência Transnacional de Arte Educação EVC em Pretória (ZA, 2023), palestrante no seminário Exploring Visual Cultures Summer School - Documenta 15 (Kassel, DE, 2022), ; coordenação do Dep. de Joalheria da Arch Academy of Design, (Jaipur, 2017/2018); desenvolvimento e mentoria do lab. Joia Expandida (Brasil e Índia, 2015/2018). Em 2022 foi artista residente dos programas AIR-München e Projekthof-Karnitz.
Entre exposições recentes destacam-se: Refundação (Galeria Reocupa, SP, 2024), Paisagens Mineradas (Matilha Cultural, SP, 2024), XIV Bienal de Florença (2023), Over (the) Mine (Munique, 2022), Water Bodies (Berlim, 2022) e Tramas da Memória (Museu de Artes e Ofícios, BH, 2022).

LIS HADDAD (1981) is a visual artist, designer, and educator who investigates the dynamics and tensions between materiality and the intangible in the formation of territories and the concepts of domestic landscapes versus indomesticable landscapes, whether literal or metaphorical. Vectors of "between" present in displacements, such as time or the contraction and expansion of spaces, often occupy the center of her works.
Among recent projects, she has been a research speaker for the Transnational Conference on Art Education EVC in Pretoria (ZA, 2023), a speaker at the Exploring Visual Cultures Summer School - Documenta 15 (Kassel, DE, 2022), coordinated the Jewelry Department at Arch Academy of Design (Jaipur, 2017/2018), and developed and mentored the Expanded Jewelry Lab (Brazil and India, 2015/2018). In 2022, she was an artist in residence at AIR-München and Projekthof-Karnitz.
